We invite all makes, models, and types of cars. Old ones, new ones, fast ones, slow ones, domestic ones, foreign ones... We don't care what you drive. And unlike many other clubs where most events are meet-ups, we prioritize driving events with the goal of having at least one driving event every month.
Our auto shop technicians are dedicated to helping you get back on the road. Zero risks with warranty. Get fair and transparent estimates!
Regular quality checks make sure our standards are maintained. These form the basis for our efforts to carry on improving – with particular emphasis on training and qualifications.
Enjoy the benefits of quick, precise fault diagnosis.
Our meet-ups are short and sweet. Do some quick intros and check out the cars. Usually around 30 minutes.
Our normal drives range from 1 hour to 2 hours, but we will occasionally have longer drives.
After the drive, you can optionally meet back at the starting point and chat some more. Or just go on your way and enjoy your weekend!
As a member of many other brand-specific car clubs and having attended many "cars and coffees," the founder quickly realized he had a favorite type of event: the driving ones. There are so many meetup-focused groups where special cars come out of their garages and park up, but that's not why we love cars. We love to DRIVE cars. So the entire ethos of PMDC is "less talky talky, more drivey drivey." And after finding many like-minded locals, the group gained enough traction to hold a regular monthly event.
Anyone! The only thing we ask is we keep it our events about the cars. We don't diss people's rides, we don't talk politics... All cars and all enthusiasts are appreciated. These events are not "take-overs" and we respect our community and the communities we drive through. We ask that everyone exercise their maturity and know how to balance having fun while being safe, not endangering others, and staying legal. If you don't, the consequences are your own and you won't be invited in the future.
We try to meet at least once a month. But like any outdoor events, nature can change that. Also, the organizers are humans and sometimes sh*t happens that gets in the way. But we do our best!
While most events are free, some have a small registration fee. When registering for a free event, you'll usually see an option to donate too -- those small donations help keep the club going and growing. That includes maintaining a digital presence (website, marketing, social media, etc.) and any costs for the events themselves (food, supplies, bookings, etc.). There are currently no membership fees or dues, but may be an option in the future as the club grows.
